Job Descriptions:

• As the core member of the Asset Management Team to use an Asset Management System to manage the whole asset of Railway Systems and Inventory assets.
• Assist the Asset Management Manager and coordinate with revelant parties to the proper handover of these asset and establish a proper record to upkeep its technical conditions and financial positions.
• As Secretary of the Asset Management Steering Committee which is composed of members from Subject Matter Experts from different departments / sections, Financial Manager – Asset Management, Finance & Commerce Department and Internal Auditor (by invitation) to manage these asset efficiently and effectively.
• Compile regular reports to Asset Management Manager and work with all internal stakeholders on various Macau LRT Asset Management issues.
• Perform as the Power User of the Asset Management System in the Maintenance Information Management System (MIMS) which links up with the Finance Management System (FMS).
• Assist the Asset Management Manager to ensure the MTR (Macau) follows international standards on asset management, i.e. ISO 55001 Asset Management.
• Collaborate with the local recruited staff to continuously uplift their competence and build up strong confidence in work so that they can work fully independently to meet the job requirements.

• A degree preferably in related disciplines and possess associate membership of relevant professional institutes such as the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport or Hong Kong Institute of Engineers.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in railway asset management.
• Knowledge in railway systems is essential.
• Previous experience in asset handover and system development would be an advantage.
• Good communication with sound end-user computing skill is essential.
