| Position Requirement: |
- 管理店舖及倉務日常工作，確保運作順暢
- 帶領團隊達成每月銷售目標，提升店舖整體表現
- 指導及鼓勵店舖同事保持優質服務水平
- 監察隊團表現並提供員工在職培訓
- 維持店舖櫥窗及貨品陳列，保持品牌形象及增加貨品曝光率與吸引力
- 管理倉存數量及盤點，控制貨品流轉
- 與各部門溝通協調，執行推廣店內銷售活動
要求:
- 高中或以上學歷程度
- 持有澳門居民身份証
- 二至三年以上店舖服裝零售管理經驗
- 獨立處事、有執行力、具備良好溝通及分析技巧
- 靈活、正面、有活力
- 操流利廣東話、良好國語及英語
