| Position Requirement: |
Job Duties &
Responsibilities:
- Cost and budget planning of potential tenders including to liaise with
suppliers, sub-contractors and clients
- Suggest considerations for seniors' decisions such as the lists of suppliers
and sub-contractors, subletting
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, bills of quantities and other
documentations according to the tender requirements for seniors' approval
- Work closely with project teams to track any changes in the design,
implementation or operation of works and adjust budgets accordingly
- Measure, record and value the work done on site and negotiate with the
clients and other professionals such as engineer, consultants and project
managers
- Assess works and advise payments of sub-contractors
- Analyze final account and to chase any outstanding payments from
clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Qs or related fields, professional
qualifications is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in large construction project / main-contractor position is
preferable
- Good common of written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal skills
- Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior QS
- Holder of Macau ID
