- 熟讀及遵守員工須知及公司守則
- 謹守公司的制服及儀容儀表要求
- 完成上級所指派的工作及義務工作
- 向上級即時匯報突發事件，客人投訴及要求
- 協助客人寄存行李
- 按照公司標準，提供或更換飲品，香煙，果盤，拖鞋，熱毛巾等
- 客人需要用餐時，為客人點餐或通知駐場餐飲部侍應。跟進點餐情況及提供用餐位置
- 帶領客人到所需部門處理各項訂務事宜，帳房交易，會籍部積分事宜或其它事宜
- 若有新開戶客人，即時招待及通知當更主管
- 向當更主管匯報客人稱呼，本金及種類，投注類別，所在位置，升降紅及喜好特徵
- 主動與客人交流，了解客人行程，需求及習慣，提供貼心星級服務
- 按照公司標準提客戶買碼及兌換現金
- 監察客戶所簽貸款，核對客戶離場上下數及匯報當值主管
- 客戶離場時，即時通知主管及協助客人到帳房結算，詢問客戶是否需要預留包房/檯，安排專車恭送客戶或協助安排酒店房
- 確保客人耍樂包房/檯/環境整潔及舒適
- 清晰及仔細交數給接更同事
- 熟悉集團所有產品、留意集團最新發布的資訊，向客戶介紹活動及推廣項目
- 熟悉場館周邊配套及設施
- 積極參與公司的培訓/培育計劃，將之運用於工作上
- 積極參與公司活動
- 積極提出意見及建議
- 與同事維繫良好的夥伴關係
- 與上級及同事維繫良好的溝通及工作關係
技能要求及工作經驗- 儀表端莊、待客有禮、積極主動
- 具賭場工作經驗以或公關的經驗
- 良好的溝通技巧
- 操流利的廣東話及國語
- 略懂電腦
- 需24小時輪班工作
- 具相關服務性工作經驗優先
