工作職責：
•
嚴格執行開發公司統一的財管理制度及財務管理規定，按照會計基礎、工作規範標準進行核算、審核、監督；
• 做好項目金蝶帳套憑證審核工作；
•
負責項目的金蝶報表提交、集團報表的填制工作；
• 負責項目的日常納稅申報、票據賬務處理等工作。
任職要求：
•
財務會計專業及相關專業大專及以上學歷，專業知識扎實；
• 兩年以上地產會計經驗優先；
•
有服務意識、有良好的責任心、執行力、溝通和協調能力；
• 熟練金蝶、Excel、PowerPoint等辦公軟體；
•
工作謹慎細心，思維敏捷、性格沉穩、保密意識強。
