| Position Requirement: |
- 負責日常行程安排。
- 負責工作總結、工作計劃及工作報告等文書工作。
- 協調各部門同事工作，及時向老闆匯報跟進進度。
- 負責各類信函郵件傳遞及資料管理。
- 負責公司日常行政人力資源事務，包括計算薪酬，跟進員工入職離職政府文件，社保，考勤，安排招聘及面試。
- 負責核對每日營業額，匯報給老闆。
- 整理公司每月單據，製作財務報表。
職位要求：
- 大學本科及以上學歷。
- 俱備3年相關工作經驗。
- 俱備良好的中英文能力，熟悉使用Office等辦公軟件。
- 工作態度認真細緻，優秀的領悟力及市場洞察力。
- 思維廣闊，創新意識佳，具有良好的團體合作精神。
- 善於溝通，有責任心，具一定的抗壓能力。
