| Position Requirement: |
職責：
1、 提供廣泛的法律意見，並在必要時安排適當的外部法律建議
2、 起草和審查法律合同和協議，及公司相關的法律文件，以配合日常運作
3、 參與商務合同的討論和談判工作，提供法律支援
4、 風險防控管理，包括項目立項階段的法律風險評估及防控建議，以及項目執行階段的法律風險化解方案，參與重大事故的處理工作，協助有關部門進行善後處理
要求:
1、 具法學士學位
2、 2~3年以上的相關經驗
3、 熟悉公司法、合同法、知識產權相關企業法律事務
4、 良好中英書寫及溝通
