Position Requirement:

ROLE
This position is to provide administrative support to store-in-charge and manage the proper rotation of goods in order to optimize product management.

MISSION

  • Assist the Store Director in overseeing all operational and administrative functions within the store
  • Perform cashiering function and daily housekeeping
  • Prepare operational analysis, KPI reports and recommendations in daily, weekly, monthly basis and setting up yearly assessments
  • Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment in providing excellent & professional customer and after-sales services
  • Monitor and maintain inventory level, replenishment and transfer
  • Work with inventory control department for preparing the annual inventory and checking discrepancies
  • Implement specific back office action plans defined with the HQ and Store Director and guarantee follow up at store level
  • Ensure proper supervision, training and assistance to the stockroom assistants and part-time staff, thus guaranteeing adequate coverage based on store needs
  • Handle uniforms, packaging and small stationery’s orders
  • Supervise all administrative procedures related to the merchandise flow


PROFILE

  • Higher Diploma or above educated in Business Adminstration or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in retail function, significant experience in managing back-of-house and administrative task is highly preferable
  • Action oriented, well-organized and sensitive to figures
  • With good command skills, problem solving skills and time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power-point
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
