- 熟讀及遵守員工須知及公司守則
- 謹守公司的制服及儀容儀表要求
- 完成上級所指派的工作及義務工作
- 向上級即時匯報突發事件，客人投訴及要求
- 定時檢查茶具，確保茶具清潔及無損
- 定時盤點茶葉貨量，匯報主管使用量及補貨
- 主動向包房/包檯，大額或休息區客戶介紹茶類及提供泡茶服務
- 檢查客戶是否擁有特定茶杯/熱壺，使用客戶私家茶具提供茶水給客戶
- 協助公關提供特別茶水給客戶
- 定時巡場，檢查客戶是否需要添加茶水或更換茶水
- 熟悉茶藝品種及沖泡方式
- 熟悉集團所有產品，留意集團最新發布的資訊，向客戶介紹活動及推廣項目
- 熟悉場館周邊配套及設施
- 積極參與公司的培訓/培育計劃，將之運用於工作上
- 與上級及同事維繫良好的溝通及工作關係
