職位概述：
- 協助語研教育中心-日本語教室-日常運作：
- 負責前台接待工作：解答查詢、講解課程、協助報名手續、日常各種聯絡等
- 協助導師：課堂前各種準備、教材盤點及整理等
- 一般文書工作：課堂跟進、資料輸入、數據處理、文件存檔等
- 外勤事務：文件送遞、銀行入帳、辦公室物資補給等
任職資格：
學歷：高中畢業或以上學歷，略懂日語或持有日本語能力試證書者優先
工作經驗：有1年或以上客戶服務經驗者優先
能力要求：
- 具有良好的廣東話能力，能獨立處理中心各項工作
- 協調和人際交往能力
- 較強的獨立分析和解決問題能力
- 能接受及適應獨立工作環境
- 能流暢操作電腦文書軟件及系統應用
- 守時有禮，有責任感
