| Position Requirement: |
Job Duties:
- Handle general banking services at
branch outlet
- Identify customers’ needs and match their needs with
appropriate products and services
- Handle retail loan services enquiries and
applications and prepare credit proposals
- Acquire new customers through
sales and marketing activities
- Maintain amicable relationship with
existing customers
- Achieve individual business targets
- Conduct
regular and ad hoc customer reviews
Requirements:
- University graduate in
Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related
disciplines
- A holder of insurance intermediary license (Life and General)
of the Monetary Authority of Macao (“AMCM”)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
in banking or financial sector of which at least 2 years in retail banking

Mature, independent and customer-focused
- Proactive, self-motivated and
able to work under pressure
- A team player with good interpersonal and
communication skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and
Chinese, Putonghua a plus
(Candidates with less experience will be
considered for the post of Relationship Officer)
