| Position Requirement: |
Job Duties:
- Oversee the operations of the
department;
- Monitor and control related risk ratios;
- Give comment and
provide solutions to ALCO in developing Treasury’s strategy;
- Identify
challenges of the department and conclude appropriate reactions;

Collaborate with team members in response to ad-hoc
tasks.
Requirements:
- University graduate or
above, preferably major in Economics, Finance, Business or related
disciplines
- 5 years’ experience in banking sector cover Treasury
markets
- At least 3 years in supervisory level on Treasury operations
-
Sounds good knowledge in treasury products, interbank market transactions and
regulatory requirements
- Good understanding on managing bank risks
- Can
work independently and self-motivated
- A team player with good communication
skills and risk awareness
- Good command of both spoken and written English
and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
- Professional qualifications:
ACI, CFA, FRM is preferred
