職位概述
監管和指導管家部的全部工作，包括在客房、公共地方、布草房、洗衣房和其它指定的二線區域內的工作。
職務及主要工作
- 監管管家部人員，以確保向所有客人和內部客戶提供及時和禮貌的服務
- 監管布草房及洗衣房的工作
- 制定與其它管家部督導一起視察管家部工作的時間安排
- 定期對客人區和公共區域進行視察，以確保所有傢俱、設施和設備的得到良好的清潔和修繕
- 就傢俱、設施和設備的保養向營運總監或其代理人提出建議，確保所有傢俱、設施和設備均得到良好清潔和保養
- 向其它部門通報管家部與其有關的事項，特別是洗衣部、工程部和前台部
- 與其它部門負責人、總經理或其代理人保持良好的交流管道
- 建立並保持良好的人際關係，與人力資源部門一起對團隊成員的工作表現進行有效管理
- 保持管家部員工的衣著、衛生、制服著裝、外表、儀態和行為標準
- 定期召開部門會議
- 在合理的成本範圍內，確認並保證清潔工作、保養工作、客房物品供應和酒店用品的最高標準
- 對外來承包商進行監督，以確保合同合規
- 執行並管理管家部關於工作人員及客人健康和安全的規定，如失物招領、鑰匙管理、安全和緊急情況處理工作程式以及環境工作程式
- 準備在緊急情況下完成分派給的任務，如在火災、停電和颱風期間
- 與人力資源部一起進行人力規劃和管理需求
- 與財務總監一起編制和管理部門預算
技能要求
- 擁有良好的溝通技能；能完全代表酒店，品牌和公司與顧客，員工和協助廠商議的能力
- 具有解決問題，推理，號召，組織和培訓能力
- 在管理隊伍中有很強的領導技能
- 具有良好中、英文寫作技能
- 熟練使用微軟辦公軟體
