Job Descriptions:
1. To carry out the staff orientation for Fitness Instructors and Clubhouse Ambassadors.
2. To conduct in-house staff training and prepare implementation plans.
3. To analyze the usage statistics of all facilities, in-charge of all outlets of Clubhouse
4. To handle the complaint from Resident and take follow-up action.
5. To monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned contractors.
6. To lead the team of Clubhouse staff in organizing and implementing recreation programs and activities for the Residents.
7. To coordinate facility maintenance with Technical Department.
8. To conduct marketing research of facility and program services trend and conduct daily patrolling for ensuring all sort of services are in high level of performance.
9. To liaise and co-ordinate with other outlets of Clubhouse in the provision of services to the Residents.
10. Implement the works of company’s environmental and quality

Job Requirements:
1. Form 6 or above
2. Diploma or Certificate in Hotel / Sports / Recreation Management
3. 5 years’ experience in club or hotel management
4. Service oriented with strong interpersonal and leadership skill
5. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
6. Hands-on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
