職責：
1、負責本部門年度、季度、月度工作計畫的制訂及組織實施。
2、負責定期召開部門例會，對工程近期的工作進行總結，提出要求，並監督執行落實。
3、負責審查建設過程中的各類方案、技術檔並監督實施。
4、負責主持施工圖的內部審核，從施工角度對施工圖提出修改及優化建議，根椐施工現場實際情況，提出加快工程進度、降低成本費用、保證品質和安全的管理措施。
5、嚴格按照國家的施工法律法規、標準的規定，對工程實行品質監督和技術管理，參與施工現場各類工程品質及安全事故的調查、處理工作。
6、參與工程項目的材料（設備）供應商、分包公司的考察，參於專案的招投標、合同會審與簽訂工作。
7、負責組織工程各階段的分部工程的驗收，參與工程預結算。
8、帶領團隊積極高效的開展工作。
任職要求：
1、男，30-50歲，本科或以上學歷，建築工程、工民建相關專業。
2、八年以上大中企業專案工程管理工作經驗，其中不少於三年本崗位工作經驗，對建築、結構、水電、裝修等各專業有較深的瞭解，具有豐富的統籌管理經驗，熟悉國家及地方相關技術規範和相關法律法規。
3、較強的溝通協調和組織領導能力，能夠認真執行落實公司的工程管理制度。
