工作內容：
1. 負責公司組織架構設計、總務策劃，修訂及編寫各部門之工作職責；
2.
規劃、組織、指導及協調各部門行政作業，落實公司規章制度；
3. 公司人力規劃編制及人員考勤管理等工作，制定人力資源發展計劃；
4.
監控財務及採購流程，合理控制成本；
5. 制定和維護文件存檔制度；
6. 負責不定時檢討、修訂及草擬公司政策和程序；
7.
支援國內業務；
8. 塑造企業形象及環境，使員工有強大凝聚力，增加員工歸屬感。
職位要求：
- 大專畢業或以上程度；
-
具良好的人事溝通能力；
- 具良好的中英文溝通及書寫能力；
- 需具至少3年或以上相關行政管理經驗；
-
有報表與文件檔案資料整合能力；
-
能即時上班者優先考慮。
(5天工作，9:00am-6:30pm，薪優，MOP20000-MOP25000，視乎經驗而定)
