| Position Requirement: |
工作职责：
- 协助邮件的收发与登记，其他办公室文件的整理及存档；
- 负责内外部会议的接待准备工作；
- 协助检查会议室、收发室、前台区域的设备维护、环境维护、耗材、用品的采购、使用、控制及补给；
- 协助供应链专员完成其它事务性工作。
职位要求：
- 大专及以上学历，具有一年及以上人事行政工作经验者优先考虑；
- 具有良好的中英文书写能力；
- 能独立完成工作，熟练电脑操作；
- 具备良好的普通话及粤语沟通能力，认真可靠有责任心。
薪金：MOP10000-15000
