職責:
- 管理及維持店舖日常運作
- 提供高質素的顧客服務，提升公司優良形象
- 負責員工訓練及激勵下屬完成銷售指標
- 維持櫥窗佈置，以達至公司要求
入職要求:
- 中學畢業或以上
- 最少3年或以上於零售業工作，包括 1年店舖主任 / 高級銷售員經驗
- 具備良好銷售、溝通技巧
- 成熟、獨立、正面主動性格
- 處事積極樂觀、目標為本及持守團隊精神的態度
- 良好管理及領導才能
- 能操英語、國語及廣東話
- 懂使用電腦文書軟件，如電郵、Word、Excel
