工作職責
評估、審查和提出信貸建議，根據各自的貸款機構安排進行貸款審查
定期檢討信貸政策，並在有需要時提出適當的修改建議
協助部門主管監察貸款組合的質素
審查與信用風險相關的管理報告，並在必要時提出適當的行動/措施
通過早期採取積極的補救措施，主動管理貸款組合，以減少拖欠和壞賬
在日常營運中監督團隊
任職條件
大學或以上學歷, 主修工商管理，財務或相關學科
具3年或以上銀行信貸部經驗
熟悉銀行業務，特別是風險管理和信貸控制
熟悉銀行業的政策，程序，慣例和規則
具有良好的領導能力，分析和決策能力
具有良好的溝通和管理技能，積極主動的團隊精神
流利中、英文書寫及口語能力
