RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage the daily running of shop and maintain the highest standard of shop environment
- Driving the sale team to achieve company objectives
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver quality customer service
REQUIREMENTS: - Form 5 standard or above
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience in fashion industry
- Strong interpersonal, organizational skills and business acumen
- Self-motivated, customer-focused and task-oriented
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Asst. Store Manager / Store Supervisor
