助理店舖經理 Assistant Counter Manager 職責 : - 具領導才能，帶領前線員工達成銷售目標及建立高效團隊
- 保持品牌形象及提高顧客服務水準
- 擅長培訓店舖員工，提升團隊之顧客服務及銷售技巧
- 管理店舖日常運作如貨品管理、存貨管理、店舖視覺陳列等，以確保營運及服務符合公司指標
- 進行銷售及數據分析作出店舖生意匯報
要求 : - 3年或以上化粧或護膚品零售管理經驗
- 具卓越人事管理、領導才能及管理技巧
- 對化粧及護膚行業有豐富認識及充滿熱誠
- 專業美容知識及化粧技巧或持有國際認可化粧證書
- 具良好市場觸覺、銷售及顧客服務技巧
- 具良好數據及銷售分析能力
- 具獨立處事及危機應變能力
- 較少經驗者將考慮為助理店舖經理/資深美容顧問
- 具良好人際關係及溝通技巧，能操流利粵語、一般普通話及英語對話
