店長/副店長 Shop Manager/Assistant Shop Manager
工作職責: - 管理店舖和團隊，推動並實現銷售計劃，從而達到銷售目標和店舖關鍵指標;
- 根據公司訂立的生意指標，策劃可行的部署策略以達至每月銷售目標;
- 能推出適當而有效的行動策略以提升銷售，並且定期與所屬上司作出檢討;
- 檢查並調整工作安排，確保合理安排員工工作區域，完成所有工作包括顧客服務，補貨，執行視覺標準，以提高銷售額;
- 分析銷售和庫存，以優化銷售空間及獲得最大的收益;
- 有效及有技巧處理顧客投訴，並作出適當跟進;
- 熟知店內各類貨品，全面掌握貨品用料、特性和優點，確保擺放及陳列的貨品美觀整齊，培訓店舖同事達致同樣的要求，以配合公司形象及吸引顧客;
- 清楚了解陳列部的要求，能確保貨場陳列的各項細節按照公司的指引執行;
- 發揮傑出的領導才能，帶領團隊全力以赴，樂業奉獻;
- 現場績效管理。營造優質的反饋、培訓和發展的氛圍;
- 培訓，發展並評估店舖領導團隊，並即時提供培訓，反饋和認可;
- 按照政策，監督並促進執行所有公司規程要求（例如，儀容規範、收銀流程、防損等），以加強同事的自律性，並且培養他們的責任感;
- 細心觀察店舖所遇到之問題，及提供有效的解決方法;
- 有效管理店舖出勤記錄;
- 因應店舖需要，合理控制日常店舖的營運費用;
- 時刻留意店舖存貨，並適當地向上司反映貨存情況及貨品意見和庫存情況。
入職要求: - 兩年以上同等職位經驗
- 具備良好的服飾零售品牌相關知識
- 具備快速消費品的零售經營管理經驗
- 操流利廣東話、略懂英語及國語
- 具備良好的團隊管理經驗
- 勤奮主動、有責任感、高效率
- 必須持澳門居民身份証
