主要職責：
• 負責管理店舖的日常營運
• 帶領及激勵銷售團隊達成銷售目標及提供優質顧客服務
• 培育、指導及管理銷售團隊
• 準備市場情報及銷售分析予管理層審閱
• 於店舖執行銷售及市場行銷計劃
具備條件：
- 高中或以上程度
- 具七年或以上零售經驗及獨立管理店舖經驗
- 卓越的領導才能及人際溝通技巧
- 主動進取以達到銷售目標
- 良好數值和銷售分析能力
- 個性開朗、積極、主動、自信、有責任感
