Position
Store Manager
Responsibilities
- Monitor , manage and
drive retail KPIs to maintain and increase productivity and profitability of
the store
- Lead and manage sales
teams to deliver outstanding performance in sales, excellence service standards,
operational efficiency and achieve their individual performance and
development targets
- Recruit, develop and
retain sales associates to ensure the store is sufficiently staffed to
meet the needs of the business
- Ensure sales team are
developed and coached to their full potential to meet and exceed
qualitative and quantitative targets
- Train, develop and coach
the sales team by providing appropriate level of performance feedback to
increase confidence and capability with regular on floor coaching and
workshops implementation
- Promote team spirit
within the store to reach full potential of the team and ensure smooth
operations across different departments
- Complete and analyze daily,
weekly and monthly report on
business trends and be proactive to give priorities and suggest action
plan to drive result
- Possess reporting and
analytical skills to identify shortcomings and opportunities/potentials of
the store
- Responsible for execution
of the store action plans to drives KPI results and maximizes business
opportunities

Engage in meetings with the management team to discuss P&L and sales forecast ,and strategically
develop upcoming business plan

Grow and develop loyal customer base through engaging
every client with quality relationship management
- Drive various CRM KPIs
and build customer loyalty through excellent and personalized in-store experience, after-sales-services,
regular engagement and interactions with clients
- Manage and monitor the
daily operations of the store including back of the house to achieve
operational excellence following the company policies and procedures
- Manage back of house team
and inventory control for any product quality, stock loss, loss prevention
issues
- Ensure close
communication between Store and Retail, Merchandising, Visual
Merchandising and Marketing in order to drive the productivity
- Closely work with Visual
Merchandising to ensure all visual directives are properly executed to
maintain the brand image
- Resolve customer needs or
complaints by determining optimal solutions
- Be an ambassador for the
brand, leading by example and encompass the brand’s core values in everyday
operations
- Other ad hoc duties and
projects as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in high-end fashion
retail with at least 3 years of managerial experience
- Strong business
acumen with excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented mind
- Strong sense of luxury
service with excellent clienteling skills
- Excellent interpersonal,
problem-solving and planning skills
- Energetic, passionate and
flexible in working in a fast paced environment
- Dynamic team player with
outstanding people management skills
- Service oriented and always
put customer as top priority
- Proven track record to
drive increment in sales and profitability
- Proven track record on coaching
and people development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and
Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Candidate with less
experienced will be considered for Assistant Store Manager
