Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Enhance brand's digital strategy (both paid & own platforms) to draw traffic and stimulate the followers;
• Analyze market digital trend, consumer preference and align customer experience among all touchpoints;
• Own social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo);
• Create interesting angle to attract traffic;
• Respect global guideline and apply local insight for the programs;
• Post & monitor Facebook/ Instagram/ WeChat / Weibo feeds;
• Manage fans enquiries and take care of negative feedbacks according to brand social media crisis management guideline;
• Explore other social media platforms with agency cater to the changing media scape;
• Collaborate with teammates on VIP events/activities;
• Consumers event management (mass consumers);
• Develop 1-2 mid/large scale consumer events for the major launch by working with retail team to help growing customers database and increase engagement.

 
Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years related experience in digital marketing including digital, advertisement, social media;
• Creative, alertness to market and digital trend, data analytical Skill, strong business and marketing acumen;
• Good media network, excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill, able to meet tight deadline;
• Alertness to the trends and new technologies in social media, engaging story telling skill to talk to different segments of customers;
• Resourceful, good project management skill;
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
