We are now looking for potential talents to join our team: Owner Services Agent (Front Desk) Duties and Requirements Reporting to the Operations Manager & Owner Services Supervisor and responsible for providing high quality of services to owners during their vacation stay. Perform owner services process with warm hospitality. Handle owner’ request in a professional manner and resolve owner’s issues with resolution. Good in speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with service mind. Macau ID Holder is required. Fresh graduates from all discipline are also welcome. Able and willing to work on shifts.
