角子機 經理
Slot Manager
Job Description:
• 協助執行公司訂定的一切行政守則，如“員工應遵守則”，確保所有員工遵守；
• 參與市場推廣計劃之訂定，協助提高營業額；
• 鼓勵員工，不斷提升服務質素，提升公司之市場競爭力；
• 如有需要，向管理層提出場內之改動方案，幫助增加營業額；
• 負責每星期“開箱”工作之安排；
• 當場面有需要作出改動或安裝新角子機時，給予管理層意見及提供配合，確保工程能順利
• 完成與及對顧客和場面運作之影響減至最低；
• 跟進維修部每月之保養及維修工作，盡量使場內每一枱角子機都能運作正常；
• 協助角子機場經理計劃角子機場各部門（行政部、客務部、出納部、維修部、資訊科技部
• 及會籍部）之人事發展，定期及於有需要時與員工做工作表現檢討，幫助他們提升工作表
• 現；
• 負責角子機場主任之培訓工作
• 對每位職員之工作表現評估給予意見；
• 負責新舊員工之培訓跟進與安排。
Job Requirements:
• 熟悉角子機娛樂場之運作及相關產品
• 大學畢業或同等學歷
• 4年以上相關工作經驗，其中2 年或以上擔任管理工作
• 審慎、主動及具責任心
• 具備良好中英文書寫能力及溝通能力
