The Macau Business Aviation Center Limited (MBAC) is the exclusive ground handling agent for business and general aviation at . To facilitate the arrival and departure of aircraft, passengers and crews with the greatest comfort, we provide on-site Customs, Immigration and Security services, as well as luxurious VIP lounge and crew rest facilities. We would like to now invite high caliber individuals to fill the following position.
Traffic Officer (Ground Attendant)
(Working Location : Taipa)
Responsibilities:
- To provide premier services to our private jet passengers
- To coordinate with private jet handlers / operators regarding flight movements and customer needs
Requirements:
- Secondary school or above
- Minimum one year of work experience in customer services field is preferred
- Experience in aviation is a definite advantage
- Proficient command of English & Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin preferable
- Hold valid driving license
- PC knowledge is necessary
- Shift duty and outdoor work are required
- Initiative, good problem solving and communication skill
Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered to the position of Senior Traffic Officer (Senior Ground Attendant).
