MERCHANDISING MANAGER - JEWELRY

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales planning activities including buying process, planning of product launch and establish a structured inventory management model
• Implement and develop product-line strategies to drive sales, market share and margin
• Enhance existing product lines and develop new ones to fulfill market needs through close collaboration with retail operations and marketing
• Work closely with Marketing team to execute specific promotional activities
• Establish strong working relationship with factories for manufacturing work process to increase operational effectiveness
• Liaise with other departments on product pricing, quality and information

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Merchandising / Retail or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years merchandising experience in jewelry field
• Creative with a flair of Fashion, meticulous and hand-on in product development
• Proficiency in oral and written English and Mandarin
• Independent, result-oriented and analytical
• Posses initiative and good sense of business acumen
• Willing to travel
