Manager / Officer
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate functional enhancement and development projects
Execute application and database programming, administration and documentation
Lead or assist in system infrastructure, operations and network administration duties
Oversee development & operational processes and maintain related documentations
Execute internal control and reporting for management, compliance and regulatory
purposes
Assist in formulation and execution of company and functional strategies
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or related fields with 5 years of relevant experience
Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese
Organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL, node.js and .Net technology is an advantage
Knowledge of Windows and Linux platforms, networking and system security is an
advantage
Relevant professional certification (e.g. MSCE, CISA/CISM) and experience in project
management and network administration are an advantage
