Responsibilities:

• Provide support for hardware setup and maintenance such as PC, server, printer, scanner, IPTV etc…

• Provide Windows operation support

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting

• Data Center services including cabling, telecom setup, Server/Computer or ELV room daily installation and maintenance.

• HelpDesk service operation

• On-shift working duty might be required

Qualification or Experience:

• Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred.

• 1-3 years relevant working experience (Fresh graduate also be considered)

• Knowledge and experience on MS Windows

• Good team player and communication skills

• Good planning and analytical skills with attitude

• Preferrable: CCNA, HCIA or ITIL Foundation
