職位要求: |
助理 - 人力資源部 Assistant - Human Resources 職務概括範疇 Key Responsibilities: - Perform general support for all HR-relevant functions and administrative duties.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including interviews, orientation, documentation, etc.
- Maintain staff information and records confidentially; support document upload and database management.
- Assist in dormitory arrangements and maintenance.
- Assist in staff locker arrangements and relevant management.
- Maintain and check the records of employee attendance and leaves.
- Follow up on ad hoc projects and special assignments as required.
職務 / 崗位要求 Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Detail-minded and interpersonal collaboration with a strong sense of responsibility
- Self-motivated, outstanding interpersonal skills, and ability to work as a team player
- Strong computer literacy and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in Cantonese and English, with fluency Mandarin is a plus.
