Job Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data input, photocopying, preparing reports etc
Responsible for all-round office administration works including reception area, office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance.
Assist in ad hoc assignment assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 1 year working experience.
Responsible, able to work under pressure, team work player, detail- minded.
Previous experience in construction industry will be an advantage
Good command of English and Cantonese
Good computer knowledge e.g.MS Word, Excel
Immediately available is highly preferred
Package:
5-day work week
