Community Assistant Manager
Salary ranges: MOP 20,000 to MOP 26,000

OVERVIEW:
Co-living at Belive Andmore allows you to connect and share a community with other creatives and professionals and live as a local. We provide rooms featuring patented bed design, spread among different small community flats with shared kitchen and living room, together with a large rooftop available for gatherings and events. We aim to create a closeknit community among the residents to live, play and create in our little homey hub.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Take the lead in:
- Being the ambassador and leading a team of Community Associates to take care of in-house residents
- Reaching out, partnering and organizing community events to foster strong sense of community amongst Residents
- Management of day-to-day operations
- Leading the team to ensure cleanliness of rooms and whole premises
- Ensuring inventory supplies and control
- Managing reservation/walk-in enquiries
- Participate in Sales & Marketing efforts to promote the residences
Excellent leadership and coordination skills are needed to manage the team for efficient running of daily operations. Excelling in service standards is of great importance, so a keen eye for details will be necessary to ensure all requirements are met. The ability to work with different personalities and manage tight timelines would be crucial.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Accountable and Responsible leader who inspires and is a team player, with a positive and pleasant personality.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to make Residents feel welcomed
- Customer oriented and desire to work in service industry
- Excellent verbal communication and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal communication skills with good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- At least 3 years’ experience in Hospitality / Tourism Industry
- Must be able to work rotating shift/flexible schedule based on monthly roster
