Assistant Accounting and Administration Executive (full-time)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in daily, weekly, and monthly closing activities, including revenue, cash count and settlement reports
• Gathering all the supporting documents for financial statements preparation and annual audit
• Preparing payments and providing pay-in slips after checking to the expenses and reimbursements supporting documents
• Ensuring compliance with Macau local statutory filings requirements (including filing of social security fund, profession tax, M2 and M2A registration, etc.)
• Handling office administration works, including Human Resources and payroll, processing company internal forms and staff requests such as annual leave
• Overseeing the inventory list and reconciling with the sales record to maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Handling vendor purchase orders, payables and receivables
• Performing ad-hoc duties when necessary

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in accounting) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Responsible, detail oriented, well-organized and able to Work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese and English
• Knowledge in ticketing system, POS system and accounting system is a plus
