To cope with our rapid
growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:
Food Handler
- Assist the management and kitchen team in running
the daily operation to ensure a positive and safe working environment
- Ensure that all dishes you create are created and
presented on spec to Standards
- Responsible for setting up and closing the
kitchen in line with daily opening and closing procedures
- Ensuring that
you are keeping the kitchen area and your section clean and tidy
- Operating
your section and preparing food in accordance with H&S and Food safety
standards
- Recording any
waste in the wastage book
- Assist with
putting orders away and placing orders when needed
Job Requirement:
- Secondary school graduated or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experiences in kitchen operation
preferably in 5-star standard establishment
- Basic cooking knowledge
- Good communication in Chinese; capable to
communicate in English/Mandarin is an advantage
- Required to work on shift
