職位要求: |
- Publish and remove job adv from different platform;
- Assist in the hiring process;
- Update the company’s policy;
- Maintain and update employee’s personal file;
- Prepare employment contract;
- Handle work permit applications & renewal;
- Involve in payroll calculation, pension fund, insurance, and professional tax;
- Provide HR & Admin support and guidance to staff members;
- Prepare HR & Admin related correspondence and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years related working experience in Human Resources & Administration;
- Familiar with Macau Labour Relations Law or labour legislation (eg organization health and safety, employee benefit, etc);
- Mature, self-motivated, independent and detail-minded;
- Outstand problem solving skill and ability to handle multi task;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word);
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
