Retail Store Administrator

Monthly Salary : MOP $16,000 to $18,000 subject to work experience

Mon to Fri: 0900 to 18:00

Job Duties:

• Work in the back office of retail store and responsible for routine store administration duties personnel admin and store support
• Personnel admin scoping from recruitment, onboarding, training and prepare payroll information.
• Store support scoping from managing service vendor in store cleanliness, security, incident report and special event coordination. 
• Function as a communication channel between store operations and internal departments
• Perform as a part of operations team to provide advice and support to store operations.
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma holder 
• HR work experience in retail industry
• Figure sensitive, well-organized, and good time management
• Self-motivated, able to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Well organized and good time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong internal customer service mind
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
