職位要求: |
- Report to GM, and be available to present status / recommendations to the Board
- Prepare and present financial statements to Management, ensure the annual budget is aligned with corporate objectives
- Review and reconcile accounts, process payments to external partners and maintain updated records of invoices and receipts
- Proactively implement new accounting policies and procedures
- Work closely with auditors to conduct necessary statutory audits and review audited financial statements
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions and office administration, including recruitment, training, preparation of business organization chart, personnel administration, payroll, attendance, leave management, monitor inventory and office supplies
- Establish internal controls and ensure all polices, rules and regulations are compliance with legal obligations
- Manage subordinates if assigned
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in related role
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license holder
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Highly motivated, ability to work under pressure, prioritize projects and maintain flexibility
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Experience in the aviation industry or travel industry is an advantage
