Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all store functions including staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, visual presentation, customer service, point-of-sale and overall store operations

• Focus on creating a 5* Customer Experience and shopping environment for a diverse customer-based

• Manage store operations and stock inventory

• Work closely with marketing, merchandising and other internal teams for store activities, sales promotions, seasonal launch, etc.

• Communicating business results with the team, and implementing new plans and ideas

• Develop the team and contribute to the management of the business.

• Identify staff training needs, set training and development plans

• Plan and practise budgeting to ensure shop’s staffing and operational costs are within budget

Job Requirement:

• Excellent client service, with 2 - 5 years’ experience in store operations

• Passionate about Lush, our products and values.

• Enthusiastic about customer service and creating a five-star experience for our customers and team.

• Have a strong work ethic, a high level of product knowledge and a passion for learning and development

• An excellent communicator, comfortable with collaborative working.

• A proven track record for success in retail management

• Experience in managing and motivating teams

• English proficiency is preferred
