| 職位要求： |
We are looking for resident Quantity Surveyors working on a project sites in Coloane and Cotai, Macau.
Job duties:
- Assist the Team leader on site in processing Contractor's claims.
- Assess interim payments and design changes.
- Assisting the Team leader on site to give advice on cost and contractual matters.
- Attend coordination meeting.
Working Hours :
- 5 days and 6 days a week for Cotai site and Coloane site respectively.
Qualification/skilled required:
- 2 No. Quantity Surveyor with minimum 4 years working experience (familiar with M&E is preference)
- 2 No. Qualified Quantity Surveyor (MHKIS, MRICS or equivalent) with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
- 2 No. Qualified Quantity Surveyor (MHKIS, MRICS or equivalent) with minimum 4 years post-qualification experience.
- Candidates must have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies / Building Services Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / or related disciplines and are able to work independently.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
