職位要求: |
Manage, direct, coordinate, and administer all accounting, book-keeping and payroll related activities; Manage tasks related to the licensing, compliance filing, and audits. Assist in fixed assets management; Assist with purchasing, deposits, and reimbursements; Efficient administration and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements; Ensure the decisions of shareholders and Board of Directors are implemented; Provide secretariat support to meetings; Handle general administrative work.
Required Qualifications: Macao resident; Bachelor degree, preferable in Accounting; At least 2 years working experience in accounting; Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing), experience in computerized accounting system is preferred; Good analytical skill, strong interpersonal and communication skills ; Able to work independently and under pressure; Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive matters; Priority will be given to those who can start work immediately.
