Sales Coordinator

• Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets

• Handle all daily communication internally and externally

• Communicate effectively with sales manager and clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships

• Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, etc.

• Retain a knowledge of venues, restaurants, tours, etc. to provide accurate assessment of particular needs for a client

• Follow up orders and payments

• Provide sales and after sales services to clients

• Maintain good relationships with customers

• Manage client expectation on delivery of miscellaneous quotations & communication
