職位要求: |
人力資源部Assistant - Human ResourcesKey Responsibilities: Perform general support to all HR relevant functions and administrative duties Assist in recruitment process, including interview, orientation and documentation etc. Maintain the staff information and records confidentially, support document upload and database management Assist in dormitory check-in and check-out for the non-resident workers Conduct briefing of dormitory rules and regulations for the new non-resident workers and handle dormitory matters Perform inspection of residential and common areas in the dormitory Follow up ad-hoc projects and special assignments as required
Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above, fresh graduates are welcome Detail-minded and interpersonal collaborator with strong sense of responsibility Self-motivated, outstanding interpersonal skills and able to work as a team player Strong computer literacy, MS office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Good communication skills in Cantonese and English, with fluency Mandarin is a plus
