Job Description:

Based in Macau, this position is dedicated to supporting the business development and marketing function of the Firm. The candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Work with partners and practice groups to prepare pitches, presentations and proposals for lawyers to present to clients upon request.

• Prepare the marketing collaterals and work with vendors to ensure smooth production process and up-to-standard deliverables.

• Prepare regular reports and industry research for management.

• Provide administrative support to the Business Development Department.

• Support in matters related to communications, external affairs and digital marketing

• Support in client relationship management program.

• Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments related to business development and marketing.

Requirements:

• • Macau ID holder or with work permit.

  • A University degree in Marketing, Communication, Translation, or related disciplines.

  • Experience in a marketing function is an advantage. On-the-job training is available if less experience in related discipline.

  • Mature, responsible, independent and able to multi-task and work in a team; self-motivated, open-minded and fast learner.

  • Work accurately, efficiently and productively; well-organised and detail oriented.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); Portuguese is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (namely Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint) and Chinese word-processing.
