Job Description:
• Responsible for handling guests’ requests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Supervise the daily operation of the Butler team, monitor efficient and optimum levels of service standards.
• Provide the finest personalized service to all guests from the moment they arrive to the time they depart.
• Assist Front Office Manager to conduct service audits on the Butler team adopting department SOP’s and 5-star Forbes standards
• Conduct training for the Butler team and ensure all Team Members are able to perform the tasks with minimum supervision.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree is required, preferably in Hospitality Management
• At least 3-4 years of relevant work experiences; 1 – 2 years of supervisory experience is required
• Guest Services and F&B experiences in 5-star hotel is preferable
