職位要求: |
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Manage agendas / travel arrangements / appointments etc. for the upper management Manage phone calls and correspondence ( e-mail, letters, packages etc. ) Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities: Higher education in Business Administration, or similar secretarial studies At least 1 years of proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows Detail-oriented organizational and planning skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and good team player Effective multitasking and excellent time management skills Problem analysis and problem-solving skills High sense of responsibility and stress resistance Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), both verbal and written
