職位要求: |
Develop strategies and roll out recruiting plans for senior-level positions Formulate corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as high-volume recruitment, compensation, benefits, health and safety, recognition programs Create and drive effective employee relations, retention and reward programs to ensure a positive studio culture with high level of employee engagement Manage local HR team to support business priorities and not to be afraid to “roll up your sleeves” and get things done Work with global HR and other key business functions contributing to the business growth Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities: Proven executive recruiting experience Bachelor education in Human Resources or relevant disciplines Thorough understanding of the Macau Employment Labour Law and related legislations 8+ years of progressive HR experiences with 5 years of HR Management experience; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Director Ability to work under strict deadlines within complex matrix work environment Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a variety of stakeholders Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Experience supporting hourly employee managing is considered as a plus
