- Create memorable experiences for customers engaging with our bespoke blending service.

- Work closely with the Tea Counter to ensure all new retail colleagues have strong knowledge of the service and the offering to increase engagement and drive customers.

- Actively seek casual engagement of guests – introducing them to the service

- Help customers to navigate the Bespoke Blending experience to arrive at their ideal blend.
- 引領顧客享受及體驗茶飲調制服務,為他們訂制及拼配個人專屬口味
- Promote the company brand through customer engagement.
- 透過與顧客互動推廣公司品牌
- Link relevant complementary products and upsells, across the store, with particular focus on Teaware, Tea & Coffee and BYO / Gifting.
- 善用整個商店中相關的配套產品進行推銷,如集中於茶具、茶和咖啡以及BYO /禮品
- Promote our products through tasting and sampling – Activate Time For Tea to draw footfall and increase awareness of Bespoke Blending.
- 通過品嘗和樣本來推廣品牌產品 – 引發及增加顧客對品牌茶飲調制服務的注意度。
- Link sales across the store.
- 協助店舖銷售
- Able to process all sales transactions including Gift Cards and Tax Refund.
- 能夠處理所有銷售交易,包括禮品卡和退稅
- Support store events where appropriate.
- 在適當的情况下支援店舖活動。
- Promote CRM through Blend Recalls and re-ordering / re-creating across both store and web channels.
- 透過客人於店舖及網上平台之回購以提升及加強顧客關係之管理
- Ensure Tea Studio and surrounding perimeter kept at highest standards of presentation.
- 確保茶室及周邊環境外貌的陳列水平維持最高標準
- Work closely with Buying and Merchandising as well as management team to ensure stock and collateral always replenished and available and ensure any potential risks flagged ahead of time.
- 與採購部和推銷部以及管理團隊密切合作,確保維持足夠的貨存及適時補貨,並及時評估出潛在的任何風險
- Understanding of history and heritage of tea and brand history with tea.
- 了解茶的歷史和傳承,以及品牌於茶業發展之歷史
- Maintaining best practise of Food Safety and accurate timely completion of all due diligence paperwork and processes.
- 維持最佳的食品安全管理,準確地完成所有文件和其他流程工作
- Maintain impeccable standards of presentation as per guidelines.
- 按照有關指引維持無可挑剔的展示標準
