• Fully versed & experienced in conducting skills training sessions including but not limited in customer services, complaint handling skills, selling techniques, involve new employee orientation program, brands training.
• Prepare & deliver comprehensive training programs that provide true impact & changes to the participants.
• Conduct training assessments, analysis, and evaluation on the effectiveness of the training programs.
• Organize, coordinate and manage the training calendar with the related parties
• Design and develop tools that best serve the needs of our participants / programs.
• Assist the HR Manager to handle budgeting, planning, developing of the training programs to achieve the Company objectives.
• Ensure and maintain up-to-date training reports and records.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned.
